CTORZ specializes in contract manufacturing of components for the medical device industry, with a focus on spinal, joint, and extremity applications. With a 14,000 sq. ft. facility, we can efficiently produce prototype quantities or larger production runs.

Our manufacturing capabilities include:

• Selection of high-quality and internationally standardized raw materials for each product
• Expertise in producing more than 6,000 different standard instruments for various medical applications
• Implementation of technical documents as the base of all manufacturing processes
• Use of testing devices, gauges, and technical drawings in every step of production to ensure quality control
• Heat treatment process to attain required strength, tenacity, and corrosion resistance of harden-able chromium steels
• Final finishing by highly experienced craftspersons to give instruments their final shape, function, and finish
• Boil test and passivation process for each instrument
• Final inspection by specialists to ensure instrument sizes and functioning meet the required standards
• Marking or laser etching services as per customer demands
